The kindness of the employees and safety provided by the security attendant were shadowed by the musk of my roach filled room. The website is terribly misleading and I would never stay there again.

Unpleased
First of all the employees were very rude, even up to the way they look down on guest. Secondly. I was out on the first floor when I ask for a high floor to see the views . The whole part of getting that hotel was to be on the highest floor. 3rdly The security guard stop me twice with such ugly the looks damaging my room key. 4th the bathroom in my room was dirty with hairs all over the floor and towels that look used and not fresh... Least but not last the whole hotels and dining area was just filthy....

I was greeted in a not-so-friendly manner by the desk person. I asked a question for clarity and she was condescending to me. I’ve been at the location before and received great service. The person who was there the morning I checked in was subpar.

All around it was not so bad . The only thing that really did not make it a great experience was that the young lady that was working the desk was not helpful at all. I showed up at 5 to get my keys she said she could not locate my reservation. I showed her the statements and confirmation of my hotel. She told me to step to the side because she could not find it. She still processed to help other people with out trying to help me out.. It took a man that was in the back to come help me and find out what happen. He looked in to another system and located the info. I would of been very upsets if he would of never came to the rescue. The young lady just seems like a very sloppy worker.
