Wonderful Boutique Hotel!
I’m so glad we stayed at this hotel! I live in San Antonio, and booked this hotel as it’s new to the area and based on the hotel’s website info. Everyone we met at the hotel was polite and professional. Johnathan helped us at check-in, and he went the extra mile to make a new batch of apple cider after we returned for the evening. The hotel is walking distance to La Vallita Historic District (steps away) and a comfortable distance to the Majestic and other downtown attractions. Our room had two queen beds - very comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom high end. I was visiting with my daughter and granddaughter. My daughter plans on returning to stay with her husband. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hotel is beautiful and new!, the staff was great although had a bad experience arriving to the hotel on the weekend, was very crowded and one guy from the valet parking was very rude with our uber driver!

Very nice property and we were happy with the size and layout of our room. Customer service here is outstanding! Restaurants were very good. We were not able to check out The Study as when we tried it was closed due to staffing issues. One complaint is the room has a cement floor and just never seemed clean! The hotel provided a yoga mat which was awesome! As we were there to run a half marathon so we used it a lot to stretch. But the yoga mat would get filthy from the dirt on the ground. Also the shower has a major leaking problem around the shower door. Which lead to pools of water on bathroom floor we would have to wipe up after every shower so we went through lots of towels and the baseboards you could see water damage.

Amazing
The staff was very professional and welcoming. Room was clean and the view was amazing. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortably. All the amenities are very upscale and I really loved that they have hard floors versus carpet. Absolutely loved my experience staying at The Kimpton.
