Great place, disappointing internet service It was almost impossible to log on to the internet. I just could not log on from my computer and my cell phone. After trying for more than one hour in my room, I went to the front desk to ask for help. The lady at the counter told me I had to keep on trying until I got connected. I told her I had been trying for more than an hour. She said it happened to her too. This is totally unacceptable. Home2Hilton needs to make sure they can provide reliable internet service to their guests. Not being able to connect to the internet was a total disappointment.

Close to everything. The hot breakfast options are limited and the staff does not refill fast enough. It gets super packed as well. Also, they don’t clean up after guest so the tables are dirty and guest are piling their trash. That’s my only complaint.

My family and I came for a quick Christmas vibes getaway and everything was so wonderful! Super friendly staff, beautiful clean hotel and room. Breakfast was delicious! Location was very convenient to a lot and a door away to the Riverwalk! Definitely staying there again for future San Antonio visits
