This is a beautiful property with many amenities. We enjoyed sitting outside by one of fire pits while a movie played. The only downside was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and felt worn out.

I will not stay again
Check-in quick, but I was not made aware of $19 per day parking until checking in. Room was comfortable and clean. Location good. The next morning, I asked about fresh coffee in the lobby. I was told they do not provide. It is only in the room. Cups in room were only provided for by the maid, so no coffee. Also, no conditioner provided. The bottle in the shower was empty and never refilled. No water offered to Hilton members either. I went to the gym room card did not work. I went back to the desk two more times for new room key to get in. They did not work either. I was never able to access the gym. I asked for a microwave to be put in my room while I was out. I came back no microwave. I had to ask again. On day two of five I informed the front desk I would check out a day early. The front desk said put it in the system. On day three I asked the front desk if they have my request in the system to check out early. It was NOT done so, luckily, I checked, or I would have been charged another day. When asking the front desk if they had a happy hour I was told they didn’t know so ask the bar. I asked the man working the bar and he only provided the comment “every day is happy hour” and then turned his back me. I stayed for five days, and each day had a problem or two. I can’t recommend this hotel.

Small things. No shower gel in shower. We told staff at front then they replaced the conditioner instead. Lol. Quick response to getting the toilet fixed. We were hoping there was a microwave somewhere in the hotel. There was none. Parking should also be free. I will look for that next time.

We purchased two rooms both with FREE breakfast package, but there were NONE buffet style breakfast. On the arrival day, When we asked the front desk staff where will be breakfast area, he pointed to the lobby paid dining area. We ended up paying extra 4 people breakfast extra cost. The rooms we paid were both more than $170 each per night, it’s suite with balcony, but both views looking out , were only roof and many super loud air condition machines. The check in time was 4pm. The staff did let us check-in early. But the overall stay experiences were NO free breakfast as Expedia packages included, and the balcony view were nothing like what the advertised picture shown.
