Pool was closed and no notification. The reason I picked this hotel was for the hot tub. On arrival we were told we would have to pay to park there every day in their parking lot and it was not on their website. They charged you for a water bottle placed in your room if you drank it. The hot breakfast was extra money. Watch out for all the extra fees. Probably wont be back.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and it had an indoor pool listed on the website. After we checked in, I noticed our room had several ants in the beds. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. He gave us another room. The second room had a broken air conditioning! I went back to the front desk and he got us another room. The third room was great the first night but the second night, we all got ant bites in our sleep. I woke up to one crawling on my elbow. I grabbed my phone to turn on the flashlight and there was one on my phone! They also crawled into our suitcases and got on our clothes. My daughter had 8 ant bites! We tried to go swimming to relieve our ant bites, but the pool was empty and closed. When I checked out, I told the lady at the front desk about the ants and she didn’t seem to care at all. I forgot to mention the cops there the first night. We overheard someone behind the bar saying a murder happened there (not their fault but it does make the area seem a lot more unsafe). The breakfast was pretty good. The staff was friendly. Management needs to step it up with the pest control, pool maintenance (or at least informing guests before they make reservations), and air conditioning. I will not be returning to this hotel.

I celebrated my daughters wedding, I enjoyed the spacious rooms, I would like to have the bathroom cleaned more thoroughly, Hairs where present in the bathtub, it looked clean, but it wasn’t. I experienced my toilet malfunction as well, I enjoyed my short stay over all.
