We stayed in room 319 it was nicely cleaned and equipped. The only thing was the restroom didn’t have a air vent that you can turn on when showering. Other than that it was an awesome stay.
A Everything about this hotel was exceptional, from the process of booking with Expedia, to the staff checking in to breakfast and everything else, my stay was excellent!!
Great stay and conveniently located to the medical center. There were issues with the lobby bathroom. Also, not great to have FOX News in the lobby. Some of us are insulted having that on while we are eating breakfast. Pick a neutral channel.
This place has gone down hill. Very unorganized. Each person at the desk tells you a different story about when rooms get cleaned. One day we went without towels because previous days staff had been cleaning rooms and bringing towels down to be washed. Shower curtains don’t reach the tub to keep water in… just a hot mess. The breakfast was horrible. Nothing is refilled and not a great selection. The hot tea and coffee area never had anything restocked through the whole day. The staff use the laundry area that guests use and just leave their washer full of rags for guests to move. Very unprofessional.
