Approximately 365 square feet, this One-Bedroom Standard King suite features 1 King Bed including 1 full bath, coffee maker, mini fridge; laundry service available for a fee. Maximum of 2 occupants. Note: There are no washers and dryers for guest use. However, the resort does have laundry service for a fee. Rental guests will be assessed a Resort Fee of $22.00/day plus tax.
Additional resort amenities include: indoor pool, internet access, massage therapy/spa, outdoor pool, restaurant(s), sauna/steam room, shopping, coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. Renting Points at a Time Share
Really disappointed with the lack of truthfulness of this VRBO listing. Had I known I was renting points and asked by the Eilan/Bluegreen employees to participate in a timeshare session several times, I wouldn't have booked. With all the fees, etc. the value for the points vs. spending the cash elsewhere would have been preferred. Again, VRBO should require listings who are reselling timeshare points to disclaim that!
