Overall I love the property. However at the moment of check in they made it a little difficult. I got married and I presented my debit card with my old last name. I just haven’t updated that but I had my id and other stuff to prove it was me and they said they couldn’t take my form of my payment which caused me to have to on my online banking and transfer funds to another account to be able to use another card. Maybe simplify the process or allow me to pay with Apple Pay it was just that minor hassle.

The only issue I had was that the tub drain was clogged. The tub began to fill up with water because of that. I had to take a very quick shower and when I got out there was a small glob of hair on the drain plug. Probably what was clogging it. Other then that, quiet, really comfortable bed, not bad at all. I would stay here again.

This hotel is so nice, I don’t think I will ever want to stay at anything other than a Drury. You get a wonderful free hot breakfast and then dinner and drinks in the evening. The hotel staff is very friendly and the place is clean. It is noisy due to the freeway right next to it.

Great place for a quiet night of rest!
I recently traveled to San Antonio for business, and stayed at the Drury Plaza. From check-in until I left, my stay was quiet and comfortable. Jessica at the front desk was really nice, greeting me and getting me checked in quickly. She explained the best place to park in the garage to give me quick access to my room, and was just a welcoming face after my drive. The "kickback" in the evening was quite good, with pulled pork sliders, mac and cheese, and a really nice salad as well. While I was eating, there were people circling the dining room to clear plates and ask if I needed anything else. The room was spacious, with a comfortable sofa and soft, clean bed. I was happy to find that the air conditioner cooled the room well, and I was able to get a quiet night's rest. I highly recommend the Drury Plaza if you have a business trip to San Antonio.
