Property is 5 minutes driving to Randoph AFB & 10 minutes to FT Sam Houston. Easy access to downtown SA, shopping, restaurant and much more. Fully equipped home throughout to meet your needs. Full kitchen, Central air & heat, Wifi, TV, laundry & much more. ALL bedrooms are upstairs. Please note that for guests booking over 7 days, we prefer for you to purchase the damage protection insurances. However guest staying under 7 days, you may opt to pay the deposit. OUR CLEANING MEASURES:
BUT NOT LIMITED
This is our routing after each check out. We’ve always take extraordinary measure to keep our property clean and sanitized even before the corona virus.
We wash and sanitize all beddings, pillows and towels. All mattresses are in protective cases. This way we sanitize the cases after each guest without issues. All blinds, lights switched, hand rails, window sills, doors, door jams , door knobs are cleaned and sanitized. All of the furnitures and decors are wiped down with sanitizer including remotes for the TVs. All sofas and throw pillows are sprayed down with sanitizer. Throw pillows are also washed often. We also wash covers on sofa often and stream clean and sanitizer area rugs and sectional.
We have a no outdoor shoes policies inside for all of our houses, where some guests complained about that..... and some don’t follow the rules....but now I think they might appreciate it.
We clean and sanitize the floors and baseboards. We also spray sanitizer on all area rugs and wash those area rugs such as bathroom and kitchen after each guests. We always believe that germs is on everything and it is carried on not just hands, but shoes and body.
We clean and sanitizer all the appliances, trash cans, door knobs, washing and dryer machine etc. We even defuse air sanitizer for 2 hours inside the house after each guest. This sanitizer carries throughout the air vents and ducts. Air filter is changed monthly, but we vacuum and sprayed sanitizer after each guest.
All the dishes, utensil, are pulled out of the cabinets and drawers after each guests... even if they look clean and rewashed for safety. We wipe down all the condiment containers and even the seasoning bottles with sanitizing wipes. Kitchen table and chairs are wiped down with sanitizer, counters, cabinets drawers and doors, sink, faucet, dishwasher, refrigerator.... stove, microwave, coffee pot, everything.
Bathrooms goes through the same process in detail. All surfaces are cleaned and sanitizer to include the outdoor furniture.
Included in the unit we always offered Clorox wipes and spray for our guest use, even before Covid19. The entire house is clean and sanitized, nothing is over looked. I normally personally conduct a walk through after each cleaning.
I hope that this give you a good idea of all that we do. This is why the cleaning fee is higher than I would like it to be for our guest, Even at $150, I still pay another $75 on top of that to our cleaners. But I just want to have piece of mind that all of our guests will be in a safe, clean and sanitized environment. I’m super terrified... even before coronavirus for any guest to get sick from occupying our homes.
