This was a horrible stay. It was so bad I ended up leaving a day early. The property is extremely unsafe, two cars were broken into the one night I was there. The staff was very impolite and unhelpful. There was no question or attempt as to why I was leaving or how they could get me to stay! I will never stay at a country inn&suit again.

Do not recommend ,during our 2 day stay 15 cars were vandalized. The management was aware that this has been an ongoing issue for months and have done nothing to remediate the issue.

I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered some troubling issues. During my visit, two separate instances of vehicles were broken into, which is a significant safety concern. The hotel has a severe problem with vehicle security, with incidents happening nearly every night. One of the most perplexing aspects is that while the hotel does have security cameras, they are only installed inside the building. The parking lot, where these break-ins occurred, is not monitored at all. It's troubling to see the front desk staff's vehicles parked under the awning, protected and in view, while guests' vehicles are left vulnerable. Additionally, the hotel'shotel's cash deposit policy adds to the frustration. Guests with a San Antonio address are required to pay a $100 cash deposit, regardless of their circumstances. As a military member stationed out of town, this seemed particularly unfair, especially when out-of-town guests face a much lower deposit requirement. In summary, if you're concerned about vehicle security and find such deposit policies unreasonable, I would advise looking for alternative accommodations. This hotel must address its security issues and reassess its deposit policies to offer guests a more secure and equitable experience.

Stuffy in the room. The a/c unit was not adjustable. The hotel had a rotten food smell. Other than that the bed was comfortable. It was clean. Friendly staff.

We liked our stay. We had a family outing and we had a few rooms. Beds were not the most comfortable. The a/c in 2 of our rooms couldnt keep up. Door in one of our bathrooms didnt shut. The staff was very nice! Breakfast was pretty good selection. Good stay.

I was disappointed they broke into my truck had to replace window $325 the security gate was broken employee said for months and the cameras where for show only they didn’t work the outside of the room was dirty need better housekeeping the breakfast employee was great the food was good c kitchen area was clean

5 vehicles got broken into including my truck. When police showed up they told us that it happens all the time at this hotel and that the manager always says he's going to get security for the parking lot but he never does. Smelled like mildew as soon as hou walk into the lobby. Stay away from this place it is unsafe.
