Located only minutes away from downtown and the Riverwalk, SeaWorld, and Fiesta Texas, this beautiful two bedroom, one bath condominium offers a cozy and quiet retreat with a large resort style pool reserved for our condo community and our guest. The condominium is ideal for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, a small family needing quality time together or the ideal place for friends to gather. The newly remodeled condo offers all the essentials of a private home that include a spacious living room, two large bedrooms with queen size beds, a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities for home cook meals, a nicely decorated private bathroom that is its own separate room and a first floor balcony that overlooks one of two beautifully landscaped swimming pools. Your stay includes free coffee, central air and heat, washer and dryer, Wifi, and a large flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. There are many nearby fast-food and dine-in restaurants located in the immediate area as well as off the main roadway that leads straight to the downtown Riverwalk, SeaWorld, Fiesta Texas, shopping malls and the airport within a matter of eight to ten minutes. If you are seeking a location to have large family gatherings or parties, my condominium may not be for you. Our condo oasis is a safe, tranquil, and central location. Relaxation is what we offer. Prior to arrival, guests are provided with an access pass-code to our lockbox for self-check-in or can choose to meet with the host to answer any questions or provide for special needs. Our guest’s health and safety are always our priority. Like you, we too worry about cleanliness, safety, health concerns, and COVID-related issues when traveling. This is why we go to extra lengths to make all our guests feel safe while in our home. Every room, from kitchen, to bedrooms, to bath is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized prior to every guest’s arrival and offer a one to two-day interval between bookings. As an added safety measure, we provide all our guests with plenty of disinfected sprays, Lysol wipes, and hand sanitizers to use during your stay.
