Don’t stay here!!!
My car was stolen right infront of the hotel. The staff did not seem surprised at all that it occurred and even made comments of it happening before. Said there was footage however didn’t let us see it.

There were roaches in my room, when I informed the staff they informed me they couldn’t move me and they could try to bombed my room. When I returned there were dead roaches in my luggage and bed again, they couldn’t do anything to help. The AC unit was broken, the unit came off and on very loudly (literally woke me from my sleep), if it worked at all again once again once informed staff they could not do anything. The WiFi did not work well and the rooms were not clean. I have traveled allot being military and this was unexceptionable and I would not recommend to anyone until they fix this room. The management never returned my call nor tried to help in anyway.. I will not be going back and I hope the team actually does something about the investigation and broken AC unit before the next person.. It was room 211, please fix it!

The staff are absolutely amazing, so accomodating and just generally kind. You really don’t find this in many places. I felt safe and comfortable here! Shuttle to and from airport, amazing. Little kitchen, so helpful. Bed, really comfy. Recliner chair, unexpected and loved! Pool was small but so nice! Washer and dryer is free for guest you just need you detergent. Staff, hands down the best! My flight to Australia was going to be later in the day, they allowed me a late check out, even when my flight was delayed yet again.

When i arrived to the property at check in time, the room was still not ready. Finally checked in 45 mins later. Got into room and there was no toilet tissue. Asked housekeeping in the hallway and she said i would have to get it from the front desk. On our way down, Transformer blew, and lights went out. Almost got stuck on elevator. Went down for 4 floors of stairs with a handicapped individual. manager was not available there but spoke to person attending , and asked approx how much time it would be and the man rudely said “it will be ready when it is” . Waited an hour for more info and again manager was not to be found. Man working front desk said she was in her car.?! Waited on her but she never came inside. I Requested a cancellation due to the circumstances of no electricity (no ac) and a refund. I left. Manager never got back to me and never called me back. And never refunded me for 3 nights!! I was there for only 3 hours!! Mostly just waiting around. Avoid at all cost. Very RUDE & POOR MANAGEMENT & POOR HOUSEKEEPING

Place was infested with ants in the bathroom the kitchen. They were also found in the bed . We were glad they were not bed bugs thank God . However ants not cool at all . The staff were informed of this and they apologized but made no attempts to fix the problem or compensate for the inconvenience.
