Everyone was super friendly and helpful . The property and hotel was very clean and pretty. The price was as great too! Also the most comfortable beds , sheets and pillows ever ! I come to San Antonio every few months and I'll be staying here again for sure !

Our room smelled of mold, the bed was paper thin and very uncomfortable. The shower door was not on the track and not level so it wouldnt keep closed. There was mold on the ice bucket as well.

I arrived late in the evening and there was no one at the front desk. I waited about 15 minutes and someone finally showed up. He said he was busy doing laundry. So this tells me either the hotel is short staffed, or the hotel is asking its employees to do two jobs at once. Also, the room had some excessive wear and tear. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was very good!

Overall the stay was good, our breakfast in the morning was amazing, and the staff was super friendly. The only complain i have is i stayed a night after a concert and i was so tired when i arrived at 1am, i was so ready to lay in bed but when i picked up my sheets there was small pieces of hair all around the bed. I was too tired to complain so i dusted it off, but i expected clean sheets especially for the price.

The toilet handle was broken off. The shower door would not stay shut. The computer was down. At check in. The guy at the front desk wanted to charge me after I paid on line for the room.

The front desk night manager was very condescending and rude. I did not get to stay in my prepaid room because although I attempted to provide her with my digital credit card she would not accept it. I had my valid ID to prove I was the owner of the card. What happens when systems go down? Why have tap and pay if we can’t use digital cards? I couldn’t even get a refund. The policy says to provide valid credit card and after I provided my VALID credit card (digital) I was still not allowed to check in.

First night….. 3 am fire alarm goes off for no reason. But no one else had this problem. Night 2 between the hours of 12pm and 630am the tailgate of my truck had been attempted to be stolen. (Bolts Taken Out) Night 3 no hot water at all. We were staying there because of work, How would you like to come to your room after a long hard day and have no hot water to shower? We paid good money for the rooms and use this hotel every year at the same time. But we will no longer be staying there. The staff’s concern of these things was terrible. They didn’t care one bit.
