Mala experiencia! Reservé habitación cuádruple, al llegar me dicen que no tienen la habitación, que debo dormir en 2 habitaciones separadas de la familia. Adicional, al llegar a dormir una de las camas estaba sucia, sin cambio de sabanas de los huéspedes anteriores. Rescatable el servicio y su personal muy amable y atentos.

Melhor escolha de hospedagem! O hotel além de bem localizado, possui estrutura e atendimento IMPECÁVEIS. O quarto é muito amplo e confortável. Apesar de não ter café da manhã, tínhamos direito a 1 cafezinho e água a vontade disponível a qualquer hora do dia. Outro diferencial, foi a possibilidade de realizar o check out, deixar as malas e ao retornar, tomar um banho para embarcar; nos ofereceram toalhas e chamaram nosso táxi para o aeroporto, tudo sem custo adicional. Ficamos extremamente satisfeitas com atendimento e cordialidade.

Excelente localização e preço justo
O Hotels 111 fica em uma excelente localização no centro de San Andrés próximo da praia principal e das melhores lojas de perfume e roupas que há em San Andrés e o melhor por um preço justo. Vale ressaltar que a propriedade não oferece café da manhã porém oferece cápsulas de café Nespresso todos os dias conforme a quantidade de hóspedes por habitação.

Ótima localização
Hotel novo, ótima localização, acomodação espaçosa e limpa, todos os itens oferecidos funcionando perfeitamente, chuveiro quente, funcionários gentis, oferecem toalha para a praia. Não tem cafe da manhã mas tem maquina de café e oferecem cápsulas e tem cafeteria ao lado do hotel. Não indico para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção devido a escadaria de acesso ao hotel.
