The property is very beautiful and set in an very picturesque area with great views. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The property is secluded so you require your own transport or taxi/etc to stay there. My only complaint is that there was no running water in the morning due to a fault which lasted a number of hours and meant that I had to use water from a barrell to wash etc in the morning which was unexpected and inconvenient.
definitely a pleasant stay here!
the staff was extremely nice & super helpful & informative. if you come with no plans at all they can definitely help you out by recommending many restaurants/activities!
there was no hot water to shower with but i believe this is the case for the entire if not most of the island.
with it being super hot & humid the cold water felt great regardless!
would for sure stay again! the views are beautiful!
My wife and I spent two nights at the resort and were extremely happy wit our experience. We got there early and we’re greeted by the staff and management with smiles. Our room was turned over to us earlier than check-in and we were able to enjoy a wonderful view and pool. We ordered drinks and coco loco which were nice and strong. The bartender Orlando was great and had connections with tours and rental vehicles if we needed. The grounds are magnificent and we walked to both the Cueva de Morgan and the island house. Please note that if your going to have lunch or dinner on-site you need to let them know in the morning. If your looking for a great getaway that’s nice and quite this is your place. My only advise to hotel management would be to have some bicycles on-site for your guests to use. Other than that everything was perfect.
It was one of the Best hotel experiences I ever had.
The staff was really helpful and kind, Don Eddy and Kettie were really great humans and during our stay they did the best they could to make us feel really welcome and with a lot of recommendations to do in San Andres Island.
I loved this place from the moment I entered through the uphill alleyway leading to the reception. The assistant manager Mr Alex together with Mr Jeffrey gave us a welcoming cocktail which we drank by the infinite pool side. This hotel is surrounded by lovely gardens, mango trees and served by high quality and dedicated staff. I would recomend this hotel to anyone keen on spending quiet and stress free time. The taxi from the airport will cost you around 10 dollars. There is a bus from the main road to the town centre that cost 2.200 colombian pesos(around 1 dollar).

Upon arrival we were refused a room despite our confirmed reservation. They tried to move us to a lower quality sister hotel but we did not accept that. According to local people they pull this trick all the time as the underlying company OnVacation manages several properties on the island. Our impression of the location and facilities was positive, but because of the whole situation I cannot give them any credit for that in this review. It turned out that they already knew for a week that they wouldn't give us a room and instead sell all the rooms to a group.
This was a beautiful place to stay on San Andrés. Delicious food, quiet, clean and has a gorgeous view. While some may say it's a disadvantage to be outside of the center of town, it's very easy to take a taxi in when you need to (25mil pesos each way) and the staff is willing to help you arrange anything you need, including tours. Great stay!
