This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest house next to (not directly jointed) the main residence, and is about 1000 sqft. All rooms & spaces on one level with a flat entrance.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• The home is a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) which is a stand alone home that shares a lot with another main house, occupied by another party. We respect your privacy and will ensure minimal disruption during your stay.
• The driveway parking is shared between the two houses. You may occasionally see one or two cars parked in the driveway, but rest assured, there will be plenty of space for up to 4 or 5 cars.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Lake Sammamish. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

Cute and clean
We needed a place to stay for a few days while our house was selling. This place was in a nice quiet neighborhood in Sammamish. It was small, but clean and had everything we needed. There were 4 of us that stayed there and since we weren’t all there during the day it worked out nicely. I would recommend to others if they needed a place to stay in the area.
