Dear Rita,We are very happy that you had a pleasant stay at our hotel and were very satisfied with the service of our staff and our rooftop restaurant with its beautiful views. As we are certified with the “Austrian Eco-Label”, we take various measures for eco-friendliness and sustainability. One of these measures is that we no longer provide the small toiletries, as they produce enormous amounts of waste and plastic. Instead, we offer eco-friendly bottles of hand soap and a body soap and shampoo combination. The products are of excellent quality. Any other toiletries you need, you can get at our reception desk. There is information in every room explaining our eco-friendly policy. We kindly ask for your understanding and support. Thank you very much for staying at our hotel and giving us an amazing review. Unsere Mitarbeiter sind Ihnen gerne dabei behilflich, das passende Zimmer für Sie zu finden. Die Preise sind im Moment etwas höher, da wir uns in der Hochsaison befinden. Die Ausstattung entspricht der jeweiligen Zimmerkategorie und dem Standard eines 4-Sterne Superior Hotels, mit Klimaanlage, schallisolierten Fenstern, Minibar, gratis WLAN, gratis Kaffee- und Tee-Station und mehr. Viele unserer Gäste bevorzugen eine Badewanne. Da die Geschmäcker verschieden sind, bieten wir unterschiedliche Lösungen an. Wir haben Zimmer mit der Dusche in der Badewanne, welche mit nur einer Dusche und auch solche mit einer Badewanne und einer extra Dusche. Auch hier sind Ihnen unsere Mitarbeiter gerne bei der Auswahl behilflich. Es tut uns leid, dass in einer der Straßen gearbeitet wurde. Darauf haben wir leider keinen Einfluss.
