There were cockroaches in the bathroom! Many of them. The linens towels and the furniture must have been replaced and renovated decades ago.

I’d not recommend this place at all: it felt unsafe as door didn’t close from inside, there was no wardrobe or anywhere to store the belongings, the mini bar was so outdated and rusty and the room has no ventilation either any window at all. As a female solo traveler I felt so unsafe that I left the hotel as soon as I’ve checked in and booked another place for my 7 nights stay which is such a shame as I’ve double paid for this week accommodation in Salvador. As the hotel reception was packed I’ve left the hotel and went back the following day to check out only. When I checked out 6 nights before my original check out day the receptionist didn’t ask me why I was checking out much earlier than I booked for either asked me if everything was ok. I’m glad I didn’t stay more than 5 minutes at this hotel. Please avoid this place at all costs if possible.

O pessoal da limpeza só foi uma vez na parte da noite horário que nós estávamos no hotel. Wi-Fi não pegava no quarto. Tivemos que pedir no atendimento papel higiênico e sabonete por que não foram fazer a limpeza e nem trocaram os lençóis e toalhas.

Hotel problemático
O hotel não recebe aparente manutenção há um bom tempo, com varios problemas de conservação. Os ambientes estão sujos, engordurados, encardidos e quebrados. Toalhas e roupas de cama, tambem estão surradas e encardidas. As camas estao deformadas. Não tivemos coragem de levantar os lençóis para verificar o estado. Senti insegurança na recepção, que não consulta os nomes de quem está retirando as chaves dos quartos, podendo qualquer um fazer a retirada aleatória de qualquer quarto. O melhor serviço é do cafe da manhã, que oferece bolos gostosos e alguma variedade, apesar da visivel dificuldade do hotel, que tambem esta com os funcionários sobrecarregados. O quarto era no subsolo, pouco arejado, com odor de mofo e sem ventilação forcada no banheiro, que tambem estava com uma crosta de sujeira pendurada.

hotel não com as paredes todas mofadas lençóis manchados toalhas rasgada teve não estava funcionando mal iluminado banheiro não funciona água quente quartos no porão do prédio tudo úmido era pra ser uma cama de casal foi 2 camas de solteiro sendo que uma cama estava quebrada o banheiro a tampa da privada estava com defeito água só saia fria a iluminação só uma lâmpada na entrada do quando funcionava a tv só funciona 2 canais em fim muito ruim demora pra atender

Limpeza deixa a desejar, faltou toalhas, ficamos sete dias com a mesma toalha e roupa de cama. A recepcionista me deu um tapete de banheiro como toalha. O hotel precisa de mais assistência, faltava água até para comprar. O café da manhã faltando tudo, não tinha variedade, faltava reposição, de todos os dias q fiquei so comi pão com queijo, ambiente do café sempre sujo, mal cuidado.

Fiquei com muito medo quando li os comentários, mas fechei os olhos e acertei quando pensei que o povo que julga ruim, é um povo cheio de frescura. Me surpreendi com o atendimento, todos os funcionários foram muuuuuuuuuuuuito educados e prestativos. A limpeza do quarto só não foi feita diariamente pq eu não quis, mas todo dia a mulher estava lá para limpar. Meu primeiro quarto, o ar estava fraco, pedi para trocar de quarto e fui atendido rapidamente. O café da manhã é simples e em uma semana que fiquei, não mudou nada, mas dá pra comer de boa. Frigobar no quarto, piscina pequena, mas tranquila. Único ponto ruim são as toalhas velhas.
