This is an older property in a busy coastal area of Salvador. Not a bad value for the offering. A nice breakfast is included and the location is convenient for walking/touring the coastal area.

The toilet seat bolt was broke and toilet seat flopped around. The toilet didn't flush worth a crap, even small excrements would haunt us, had to use plunger one time. I saw a cockroach almost every day. There were no channels in English, the screen was snowy, not many channels to chose from, couldn't get YouTube, the air conditioning quit two days before check out, and there was only one guy who spoke English. The very first day I went to check in I spoke English and he acted like he didn't understand, so my girlfriend talked to him, then he breaks out speaking English and I asked him why he acted like he didn't know what I was saying and his reply was, "I don't listen to anything." There are only three languages acknowledged for North, Central, and South America: English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and what do these people think the tourists will speak? Bed sheets, hardly any, not again unless by mistake.

Third time was not a charm
Great location but this was my 3rd time staying here in the last year and was very disappointed. Must have been a change of mgt because the other times was perfect. We changed rooms 2x. Once for leaks and the other the AC stopped working. We always went to eat breakfast at 9am and 3 out of 5 times they were out of several things. One evening while returning from the beach with my family at 530pm the front desk had locked the doors and we had to wait outside 30 minutes for someone to let us inside. The front desk clerk that come from thee back room you could tell was obviously sleeping. I travel a lot and this is the first time I have complained about any hotel. It is always easier to keep a customer than to find a new one. Will never venture there again.

Muito limpo. Localização ótima. Praia linda na frente do hotel. Café da manhã muito bom, mas senti falta de proteína. O wifi nas áreas comuns funciona perfeitamente, mas no quarto fica oscilando.

Estadia péssima!
Aparentemente por fotos na reserva, o hotel parecia ter ótimas condições! Entretanto, ao chegar no quarto 128, o mesmo tinha morfo nas cortinas, cheiro ruim(ambiente sujo) dentro do quarto, bancada quebrada e suja. Cama com cheiro de morfo e odor, banheiro com aspecto de imundo! Solicitamos a troca, aonde ficamos no quarto 223, que era melhorzinho, mas tinha pouco morfo com relação ao outro. Mas não atendeu as expectativas, tentamos verificar se tinha algum outro quarto, até se fosse preciso pagar alguma diferença. Mas não tinham!!! Tivemos que passar noite no ambiente com cheiro de sujo junto com morfo, porta do banheiro inchada, não tinha jogo de banheiro ficando o piso molhado, os travesseiros com mil anos uso, cheiravam mal, o hotel não disponibilizou outros travesseiros. Tivemos uma noite péssima. Não recomendaria esse hotel para nenhum pessoa… quando acordamos, tinha uma barata na porta do quarto para banheiro. Experiência péssima, hotel precisa de reforma nos quartos, precisa ter uma limpeza melhor, substituir camas, travesseiros, lençóis! Limpar as tenhas de aranhas das lâmpadas da cabeceira da cama!

Razoável - melhorar conservação do quarto
A hospedagem foi razoável. O hotel é bem localizado de frente ao mar, porém o quarto não estava com boa conservação, as paredes estavam com marcas de sujeira e as toalhas estavam manchadas, solicitamos a substituição das toalhas e rapidamente foi feita. O atendimento do hotel foi bom, o café também era bom e em resumo fiquei satisfeito, mas é importante pontuar essas questões de conservação do quarto.
