Never again!
This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Black mold in the room, everything was rusty, the building itself was crumbling. We stayed one night then called hotels.com to complain. They were able to get our money back, since the hotel refused to refund the money. I would never ever stay here again. I think a sleeping bag on the beach would have been better. Did I mention the insects crawling in the bed? Yuk

There was a bit or a misunderstanding about my room when i got there. The room they gave me wasn't the one i booked but did the job. Only complaint was to close to the road and could hear everything downstairs. Some staff was very helpful could not fault them, if i had a problem they was very friendly and helped where they could. Over all the hotel was good and i might be booking again next year

Good hotel
A little far from main actions but it is less expensive,clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with variety of foods. I used Uber to go around easily.

Had a great time there
My stay was really good. The hotel staff at the reception spoke good english to help me with things. They helped me to book guided tours in and around Salvador and arranged me a very trustworthy taxi driver when I was in need. They directed me to the place where they sell the best Acaraja so that I can have a real taste of Bahia. I really had a good time there.

Péssimo.
Propaganda enganosa. Esse é o pior hotel de Salvador. Demora na recepção, inclusive sem ar condicionado. Ar condicionado do quarto ruim. Quartos cheios de mofo, você vai adoecer. Moveis velhos. Lençois sujos, funcionários irônicos e grosseiros (inclusive o manobrista). Não vale a pena. Muito caro e muito ruim.

No geral foi bem, quarto confortável e limpo, café da manhã ótimo!! Porém a divergência de informacoes: o café da manhã informaram que era das 06:00 às 10:00, chegando no refeitorio disseram que era das 06:30.. Da mesma maneira o room service, nas informações passadas, funciona das 09:00 às 21:00. Ao ligar informaram que só funcionava até às 20:00. Sempre as mesma conversa.

Tudo maravilhoso, do início ao fim. Excelente atendimento dos meninos da recepcao, porém, o comportamento das camareiras é questionável. Passamos 3 diárias nesse hotel, onde em todas as tardes/manhãs fomos acordadas com batidas na porta/e em outras vezes até abriram a porta do meu quarto e causou uma situação desagradável. Importante avisar pra elas que antes de abrirem a porta do quarto de um Hóspede, primeiro deveriam se certificar se há alguém. Estava dormindo e acordei assustada.
