Excellent location. The hotel is in terrible shape. It needs to be renovated. Until then, I do not recomend it to anyone.

The location is great, the overall experience with the hotel was good. Had to be moved from room as the first room had the bathroom sink dirty and the bed comforter was stained. The breakfast was great. The ac unit was leaking a little bit of water.

Passei uma semana no hotel, apenas no primeiro dia o café da manhã ficou a desejar, tivemos que esperar por xícaras e algumas coisas ja haviam acabado, mas nos outros dias foi bom. A acústica do quarto é um pouco ruim, ouviamos as conversas dos outros hóspedes passando pelo corredor. O atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, sempre atenciosos. Eu recomendo o local.

Minha estadia foi razoável. O hotel tem uma boa localização, próximo a pontos turísticos e com fácil acesso a transporte público. O quarto era limpo e organizado, com o básico necessário para uma estadia confortável, como cama agradável e banheiro em bom estado. No entanto, alguns aspectos poderiam ser melhorados. Além disso, o café da manhã, embora oferecesse algumas opções, era bastante simples e poderia ter mais variedade. No geral, é um hotel adequado para quem procura um lugar para descansar sem grandes luxos e preço razoável. Para uma estadia curta e sem muitas expectativas, cumpre o básico, mas acredito que há espaço para melhorias, principalmente no atendimento. Esse tipo de avaliação reflete uma experiência neutra, reconhecendo pontos positivos e áreas que podem melhorar, o que é comum em estadias consideradas “razoáveis”.

Péssima estadia - FUJAM
Esse hotel é péssimo. Na hora da reserva informei que chegaria um pouco mais tarde após a hora do checkin e fui prontamente atendida, porém ao chegar no quarto havia apenas um lençol fino e dois travesseiros baixíssimos. Fui na recepção solicitar um edredom, manta ou colcha algo mais quente e mais dois travesseiros, fui informada que tem que ser feita uma solicitação antes e como poderia imaginar isso né? (nunca vi na vida um hotel que não tem lençóis mais quentes disponíveis já no quarto) e com isso a solicitação só será atendida no outro dia se estiver disponível. Eu achei de um absurdo tão grande que só não mudei de hotel pq já estava muito tarde. A noite foi pessima pq ou dormia no frio ou no calor e fora o desconforto de deitar em um travesseiro que parece um papel. No dia seguinte só foi colocado no quarto uma manta e nada do travesseiro e nos informaram que não tinha disponível ou seja não existe solicitação só desculpas. Banheiro com bolor, pessimo isolamento acústico e café da manhã limitado. Fujam desse hotel que é furada.

Péssimo hotel, sem condições de receber hóspedes, precisa de uma reforma urgente. Cama quebrada, pia do banheiro entupida, tv q não funcionava direto, descarga do banheiro sem pressão, tive que solicitar a troca de hotel, graças a Deus a funcionária da recepção foi super atenciosa e compreensiva, um amor de pessoa, essa foi a única parte boa da hospedagem, pq de resto precisa melhorar muito. A localização é ótima, porém, reformem esse hotel!
