Horrible hotel. Don't waste your money.
The location is perfect but the hotel is a disappointment. Bad services, dirty and dishonest. Go somewhere else.

Tuve que suplicar para pedirles que verificaran que mi reserva ya estaba pagada. Hice mi check-in a las 12:30 de la noche tras llamar durante 15 minutos al timbre de la puerta.

Buena ubicación y buen baño, pero nada más
El hotel está bien ubicado y esa es su mayor atracción. La cama era dura y las sábanas estaban manchadas, aunque el baño era muy bueno en comparación a la habitación. El precio es un poco alto para lo que es.

Nos costo llegar al hotel porque no tenía cartelal llegar noa costo muchísimo comunicarnos con el recepcionista.noa dieron una habitación que no era lo q acordamos toda sucia con pelos y sin aire. Luego al quejarnoa noa cambiaron. La que nos cambiaron tenía aire pero eraincomoda y el hotel en general sucio. Decía aguas termales por ejemplo no hay necesidad de mentir así en esas cosas. Bom no Centro Pelourinho fácil acessível
Procurei conhecer tudo no entorno ,mas não foi possível pois o tempo foi pouco,faltou muito pra me satisfazer por completo ,porém espero poder voltar o mais breve possível. Pois quero conhecer mais a Bahia e poder curtir mais tudo por lá . O sonho a se realizar fica para uma próxima viajem,sem mais obrigado.de quaze tudo

O banheiro fica embaixo da escada
A recepção do hotel é muito ruim. Não classificaria como hotel e sim como uma Pousada. A pessoa que nos atendeu disse que não sabia de nossa reserva porque não tinha acessado o site do Hoteis.com. O quarto não estava reservado e queriam nos colocar num quarto inferior; até mesmo querendo devolver a diferença. Ficou uma situação muito desconfortável. Ficamos em um quarto que não havia frigobar, ventilador de teto, escrivaninha e nem lençóis italianos. Nos sentimos enganados.
