Upon departure this will be fully refunded pending thorough inspection of property, pending no damage, replacement of features and bedding. If property is found in a dirty condition or any fouling from dog in the garden, that will require extra time to clean a charge will also be applied.Please follow Check-out rules to the letter, please lock as advised all windows/doors, leaving no windows open, and leave property in a tidy, decent condition.
