One of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property is stunning with incredible details of marble and wood throughout. The rooms were extremely clean and bed was high quality comfort. The quality of dining was truly 5 star as well. Finally, the staff all appeared to genuinely care and seemed to truly be happy. It was an incredible experience. I could not recommend any higher.

I had to pay for parking, and valet was the best option. The price difference between self-parking and valet parking wasn’t significant. As a courtesy, I tipped the valet, keeping five-dollar bills in my pocket. During my stay, I rarely left more than once a day.

We love the Grand Hotel; it's so beautiful! The only thing we didn't love was the uncleanliness of the city just in the adjoining blocks. We took a walk to the City Center area from the Grand and were disappointed and sad to see so much garbage all over the streets. We took that walk Sunday morning.

Everything was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is gorgeous. The food at Laurel was also perfection! However, the valet service takes a while and not the best service there especially for a high end hotel. But everything else was perfect
