Exterior:
Built in 1896 , just 50 years after the founding of SLC, this quaint property is truly an original Salt Lake City home (it has sense been renovated). This lower level apartment has its own private entrance in the back and front of the house. There is a long driveway on the north side of the house, for parking up to 3 cars. The backyard is fully enclosed and is shared with the upstairs guests.
Interior:
There are 2 bedrooms with plush, luxury mattresses, pillows, and sheets. Both rooms have full-sized closets with hangers. An extra blanket is provided for each room.
The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and of course fresh towels, hand towels, and rags. Laundry is in the bathroom, detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials you need to cook a full meal. If anything is missing, we encourage guests to reach out so that we can add the missing item to our inventory for their convenience and to improve the stay of all future guests. Basic cooking oils and spices are regularly stocked as well. There is a Keurig coffee maker- we also provide coffee, tea, and sugar.
The living area has a 50" Roku TV so you can stream your favorite services/shows. There is a dedicated work space for traveling workers. The living area also has a few board games for family nights. If you book for an extended stay, there is plenty of storage space throughout the living area and house.
