This is a step-back-in-time kind of hotel, so keeps this in mind with the room lay-outs. We had a double Queen room which was huge and spacious. The bathroom is a tight fit but the height of the shower head is important for us as we are tall. The water pressure was enjoyable. The location feels away from the main drag, but it’s very walkable to restaurants and City Creek and other attractions in downtown SLC. Staff were amazing. We loved our stay and will definitely book again.

Front desk agents had no customer service welcoming very bland people. Our toilet was showing signs of backing up called front desk for engineering was told no engineer property. Asked for a plungger agent didnt know where to find one. Never experienced this type of service . Glad we left 1 day early

I love this hotel, it’s one of my favourite hotels. It’s beautiful and historic It’s clean and the rooms are cozy and lovely It’s in a wonderful location and it never disappoints I will always be back when I’m in SLC

Great location. Property needs some refreshing. Room was very small and not comfortable to relax in. I had to step into the shower in order to close the door. It was difficult to unpack as there wasn’t space to put my things. I might recommend for a solo traveler but definitely not with a partner.
