Exactly what you would expect at a budget hotel, walls are thin, I was waken up by loud noises at 3:30’am in the next room, however the staff was very accommodating, they let me change my room. Breakfast is ok / decent.

Would stay there again
Our view was the pool that was drained and partially covered. It wasn’t nice to look at. The hotel was clean but smelled strange. The people there were nice and our room was clean with the exception of the floor being a little dirty. We only had one coffee cup for the two of us and the clerk told us he couldn’t give us another one but did give us more coffee. He also couldn’t give us two extra towels and they only left two towels in the room. Fortunately we were able to get more towels from the cleaning lady. The stay was nice and I wouldn’t hesitate stay there again. At one point our water went out. At first it was just the hot water but then there was no water at all but about 5 minutes later the water was back on. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work and they sent the repair man and he replaced it with a new one.

Great location stay
This location is close enough to downtown that we were able to attend our games, get food and then go back to the room fairly quickly. The room was comfortable and even had a large fridge, a stove top to cook on and a microwave. It was a fairly quiet place as well.

Is this the Hood in Salt Lake City??
The hotel is right next to the Highway. I Knew it was going to be an interesting stay when you pull into the back parking lot and there’s 2 abandoned car on blocks missing all the tires and wheels. The first room the key card won’t work and went to the front twice. The key card and door handles didn’t work properly. The room was extremely hot when we walked in. The bathroom looked remodeled but the faucet wasn’t tightened down and moved when you turned it on. The bed was comfortable because it was on a frame that moved.behind the bed there were exposed outlets with no plate cover. The floors and carpeting were sticky. Handicap hand rails were broken and loss. We realized after we got there that we had stayed there before under a different chain name. and it was being remodeled at that time. The remodel was a bad paint job. Cost was cheap but I would spend the extra $30 t for a better stay someplace else down the road.

I was a little disappointed in the transportation. I called weeks in advance for information and was told to just call for the transportation, then I called when I got to the airport and I asked questions on where to meet and I got hung up on. Then had to call the front desk for transportation and finally got it 30 min later. The driver was not pleasant. Arriving to the hotel, it was an easy check in process, but going to my room was really inconvenient, I don’t believe they have elevators. The room itself was clean, but there was a smell of incense or something along with food smell all through the halls. I paid a decent price for the room, but will probably choose somewhere else next time.

I love the how the rooms are, big and spacious. Also has a kitchen and a big refrigerator inside. The staffs are helpful and friendly! One thing to mention they also have a bar! And a restaurant inside! Definitely recommended!

Good for price but not accommodating for little ki
I was traveling with a toddler and i needed to have a crib for my baby girl and the hotel did not have any cribs. So it was not an easy night sleeping on a regular bed with your toddler and not worrying about her rolling off the bed on the floor. Also it would have been nice if the hotel had an elevator.
