Welcome to Union Duplex (Cove and Woods homes) - You'll love this paired 2-home lodging option if you're a family or group and want to be together, but also have your privacy. Both homes are situated as front door neighbors facing each other on a private dead-end lane with a common area park to enjoy for kids within the community. Kids can play in the park area, have a picnic, sit in both hot tubs, while families can gather inside separately or together and enjoy a great location close to the beautiful Cottonwood Canyons / ski areas and endless shopping options nearby. Convenient freeway access and walking distance to restaurants. The two homes each have a private deck, a private hot tub, 2-car garages, and plenty of space for 20-24 people.

In addition to this 2-home pairing, there is a 3 bedroom home next door that can also be rented together or separate. When renting all three homes together, you can accommodate 36 people. If you need accommodations for even more people, you have the option of renting all 9 homes in this private community. Contact us for availability and to make arrangements. Renting all the homes together sleeps 98 total people in one location and makes for the perfect home base for a family reunion, business conference, gathering for any special occasion, family vacation, 50th wedding anniversary celebration, or a group ski vacation.

This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. Please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500.

Secluded Cul-de-sac
The secluded neighborhood with several houses was perfect for our group of teachers and families in town for a conference. The direct TV was a little tricky to figure out. There weren't a lot of channels. I maybe should have brought a firestick or chromecast.

Great Customer Service but need a little cleaning
Houses were great for a basketball team and being close together and having enough beds for everyone. One of the homes was not as clean as I would have expected, crackers and cookies under and around the couches. Bathroom floors looked dirty. We also were given a code to a wrong house when we arrived, so we had to get access to the after hours on call to get a hold of someone to get access to one of the homes we rented in this reservation.
