Bed was comfortable. Sink and mirror were in the main area with carpet. Vanity light was so dim it was hard to see. Room was in poor shape.

Pool closed, hot tub closed, beds hard and springy, hair in the shower stall. The people were great but their policies for what they offer are highly restrictive and unfair. Parking sucks. I’m not going to stay there again.

Ick ick ick. Saw several cockroaches. Dirty bed spread. Stains on the ceiling and floor. Tiny pillows - more like couch pillows. “Out of order” laundry, spa, and pool (or just too lazy and cheap to maintain it). No breakfast, not even lobby coffee. Greasy, dirty windows that haven’t been cleaned in years. Disgusting ironing board cover with stains all over it. Icky neighborhood (police busted people twice in the parking lot over the course of the 2 days we stayed there) and lots of transients and homeless. Staff who obviously don’t care one iota. Threadbare and holes in towels. Peeling paint. Mold smell in bathroom from shower curtain. If you’re just looking for a really cheap place to stay to save a buck, by all means go for it (tho there are much cheaper places to say). But be forewarned it will be exactly as I wrote about.

When I was checking out first they told me there's a towels are missing like one towel and I said should be nothing missing from the room so they asked me to go back to the room so they could show me I'll go back to the room we find all the towels was no towels missing and then the smallest towel it was dirty I spilled my coffee I want my coffee with it and they said this is unacceptable this towel is really dirty so you're not going to get your deposit back they took my $100 deposit and I was yelled at and being told to get F out of there and they still would not return my $100 deposit over 25 cents or less towel from Walmart. I was there for 5 days from the 22nd to the 27th not one day I had a room service not one day the room got cleaned or the sheet got changed the only things they do take the garbage out and exchange the two towels with another two towels and the two towels they leave you they still not even clean...

The place smelled weird and was not pleasant. The beds were hard to sleep in. The place was not clean at all. Had holes in the chair and sheets.

Your worker I forgot her name was very rude to us. We walked in. I went to go pay the 185. She was very disrespectful and I did not like it. She tried to overcharge me. She tried to tell me it was 285 and I had to have my man come in and deal with it because there was no way I was in the middle of that because there was no way I was gonna get scammed. It was bad. I did not like it was Whoever.
