it was bad from the start i want a refund first room they put me in was still in process of being cleaned. The next room had broken tv you couldn’t watch half the channels they not clear or blurry. Fire alarm started going at 5 am in the room and kept going offf. Called front desk he come up there to fix and was standing on the bed . 1 am car kept pulling in out parking space car was noisy woke me up the people next door were loud . Breakfast was a joke went get cereal no milk . Just juice and water. Damaged furniture in the room.

My flight got moved a few hours up and when I tried to contact the hotel and request an earlier check in time, even if I needed to pay a little more, they told me it was impossible and I had to wait at a park for 4 hours until I came back. You get what you pay for, unfortunately I feel like I paid about $50-$70 more than it was worth. And I wouldn't cancel without receiving my refund. If I cancelled they wouldn't even give half, they said no refund. Even though all this stuff was just in a global shutdown and people that were traveling at the time of the shut down were severely inconvenienced and faced lots of extra charges and fees because of inability to make certain flights or people missing flights and needing to stay at their hotel longer than they intended to.

The property is old. Signs say no smoking on property but when we walked in, it smelled like Marijuana. The room that we got smelled a lot like menthol. It was strange. The breakfast was very poor. We only got coffee.

Found the room was very unclean the sink was plugged and would not drain the toilet did not flush always the light on the outside of the bed nightstand would not work when tried to figure it out found they had put a 6-way plug in there and the top three plugs weren't working and was loose in the wall which is a severe fire hazard especially being behind the mattress and was extremely dirty behind the mattress look like it hadn't ever been cleaned hair and trash and dirt dust everywhere beds were very uncomfortable ended up canceling our second night there to find a better Hotel

Cheap prices but not the greatest hotel
The hotel was probably one of the cheapest and grungiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk smelt of smoke. I definitely wouldn’t stay at this place again, although it was cheap.

We booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1 first room had blood and foot prints on the sheets, had we not gotten in late from delayed flights we would have never stayed after the switched our room, because it was nasty as well, i just wanted to rinse off after a long day of travel, but the tub souldnt drain. We booked a better hotel for our second night in salt lake.

It needs to be updated. Room had a smell when you walked in, lamp shades were broke and cracked, they potty is kid sized. But It is in Downtown Salt Lake so the area isn’t the best and it is more affordable than most of the others.
