I was a little annoyed that it took an hour and a half to check into my room. I arrived an hour (2pm) early and they didn’t have any rooms for early check in which is fine but didn’t get into my room until around 430pm. With a check in time of 3 pm.

This hotel was nice on the outside and when you go in. If you try checking in at 3 be prepared to wait 2 hours because they forgot to call you and tell you your room was ready after being told 2 times it would be ready within 10-15 mins. Also, finding a half drank Gatorade from someone that stayed prior in the mini fridge was the cherry on top. The hotel room was ok it did have some outdated stuff. The blow dryer looked old and used and the hotel smelt a little weird. Other than that the views are the best!

The toilet had pee in it. My husband also sat in the desk chair. When he leaned back the chair tipped over and he hit his head on the hand of a drawer. He has a gash in his head.

I would suggest that the transition between the bedroom and bathroom in your handicapped rooms be made more smoothe for those using wheelchairs! Likewise, offer full ADA compliant rooms! Otherwise was pleasant stay!
