Nice hotel, but could use a freshening up
Friendly staff allowed me an early check in to do some work. Outlets were too loose and chargers kept falling out or wouldn’t work. No room safe for valuables. Hotel feels like it still has its original finishes and give an outdated vibe.

The person who checked us in didn’t know what he was doing. I picked pay at location and gave him another card to charge and I was charged on both cards. Erica the manager didn’t know what she was doing and had to call someone to help her and both cards had p being holds and wouldn’t be released until the trip was over. Bad service . Will never stay there again

This hotel is lovely. The staff was fantastic. A few suggestions would be to have smokers stay away from the doors. Time to start fixing things like Door knobs & water pressure.

The staff was great. Everything was well maintained, and all of the staff had a great attitude. I came in at the end of shift, and yet the staff was pleasant and helpful. I appreciate that. The rooms could definitely use a refresh. Everything works well, but has a faded 90s look to it. At the prices that they charge, I believe they could do better in that regard.

Convenient location to U of Utah. Did not like paying for parking, let alone the cost per day to park. The room location was horrible. They put us basically across the hall from the exercise room with door slamming shut at all hours of the day.
