Property was older but renovated on the inside, quick, and easy registration. Clean and friendly definitely worth the price and near the hospital we needed to attend.

I attempted to check in at 5 PM on the day of my first reservation. The room was delayed by two hours because they were painting the outside of the building. Very inconvenient after driving and working all day.

Second stay so I must've been happy the first time! As before, you wouldn't guess how good the rooms are from the property's outward appearance, but the complex was getting a paint job during this stay, so that will no doubt improve matters. Had a deluxe room this time (the standards were all gone); the room really did approach "boutique inn" quality. And you can make coffee with the K-cups provided. Ceramic mugs even!

Can’t beat this one with a stick!
Looks like your typical nondescript roadside motel from maybe the 1950s on the outside (but well taken care of), but was surprised that the room and its furnishings looked as good as new on the inside. Spotless too except for the occasional and forgivable scuff mark. Amenities: shampoo as well as soap, although the soap was bottled Softsoap hand soap. No big deal from my point of view. As to the all-important “coffee in high LDS country?”: I booked what I thought was the least expensive room, and there was a Keurig with two coffee pods. I was perfectly comfortable. Only possible drawback was that the A/C unit was a bit loud, but that didn’t bother me.

Hi Y'all, We stayed at this hotel last night. The exterior of the hotel is a little dated looking. Don't let that stop you from staying here. The rooms have been remodeled and are wonderful to stay in. Very comfortable, microwave and mini fridge. We had a sink in our room and one in the bathroom. The toilet and bathtub both looked new. I would love to have that bathroom in my house actually. I could have stayed for a month and been very comfortable. Great Job y'all.

I love this little motel. Roigh on the outside, nice remodeled rooms on the inside. The owner is extremely kind and checking in was a breeze. The thing that I liked the most was the feeling of being in a little mountain cabin and listening to the crickets as I fell asleep. The convience and location is simple. I would recommend this quaint little motel if you are passing through Sandy, Utah and need a place to rest your head. It's definitely a place you would want to come back to. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Thank Majestic Rockies for a peaceful and kind hospitality. Ann Bess Room # 2 p.s. Room #2 has a small gap underneath the entrance door. 🙂

It may be rough on the outside but the rooms and service are definitely awesome. People were super friendly and the room we had was comfortable and so clean and updated. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby

Small but works
It was a small room which we expected. They had remodeled, but forgot to update the window a/c. The bathroom was so small if you want to take a shower or use the toilet with the door closed you better be able to suck it in and hope you can get the door closed. The front desk was pleasant and I usually don’t have my room cleaned when just staying 2 nights, but they did not have a do not disturb card in the room. We were surprised to have our room cleaned, but they did do a good job.

What a hidden gem! So unassuming from the out side but completely renovated on the inside. Walking distance to America First Stadium. Highly recommend. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. No special amenities just a great place to sleep.

This property is a hidden gem . Don't judge by outside appearances, it looks like a typical motel from the 1960's. Rooms inside are completely renovated with high end furnishings. Rooms are very clean with very comfortable and clean bedding . Rooms have convenient workstations , tables and amenities. Staff are terrific. Can't say enough good .

This place has so much potential. But they have a MAJOR gnat infestation! I think I killed about 20 of them jokers in one night I also killed to other bugs that seemed to be roaches. The room was clean and they do have YouTube tv. However, they should also change the shower head because it was old and looked disgusting, thus I washed up at the sink outside the bathroom. The grounds were poorly kept reminded me of the Bates Motel. Be mindful you get what you pay for. My trip was last minute and I knew I would be only be there for 15 hours.
