What our guests love about our place:
- **PLEASE NOTE**Unit is on the THIRD floor and is easily accessible via two flights of stairs and is located near our complimentary parking spot in any available uncovered stall location.
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Incredible views of the Wasatch front and super close to our clubhouse that includes a Theater Room, a GYM, a Golf Simulator game and of course our beautiful Swimming Pool and Hot Tub.
- Complementary parking and free building parking!
- Lightning fast WIFI on our large SMART TV's which features complimentary Cable TV and Roku.
- The easy access to transit that brings you within minutes to Draper's biggest venues as well as close proximity to I-15.
- Our condo unit comfortably sleeps 5 people with a King size bed, Two Full size beds with new memory foam mattresses and a sleeper sofa couch that sleeps 1.
- Both bedrooms are complete with fresh New sheets changed after every single guest and waterproof mattress protectors.
- Unit is on the THIRD floor and is easily accessible via two flights of stairs and is located near our complimentary parking spot in any available uncovered stall location.
What potentially some of our guests don't love that much about our listing:
- Being in the heart of a commercial area and close to transit access points, although handy does mean the traffic that runs by it might disturb some light sleepers.
- This is a luxury apartment community and as such you might hear noise coming from above the unit or next to the unit from other tenants.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Guest Access:
You have full and total access of our condo during your stay. Feel free to watch cable TV, stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber or Lyft to any of our world class ski resorts or to many of the elegant and unique restaurants in and around Draper!

Whether you are renting a car during your stay, need to access public transit, or want to call an Uber or Lyft, Draper has it all and you will have access to anything you need to get you to where you need to go.
Other Things to Note:
Self check-in · Easily check yourself in with our electronic lock with unique door code on the front door of the condo unit that will be assigned to you upon booking.
Parking - Covered parking is available with a park pass provided to a specific stall for you. You can also park in any uncovered spot.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
