The lobby smelled like weed. There was hair all over the bathroom and the blankets were stained. The pillows also had a weird smell. Not worth the savings, save yourself the headache especially if you’re traveling w/ family.

Nora /katie need to be fired immediately they cause booking problems for staff that already paid & threaten them call them racial slurs she told one guest he was a stupid redneck & shouldn’t be listened to , in our case they says my Chiks deserved to not live through her horrible accident because of being Jewish - they refused maid service which is included & to change out l linens as required- we were paid in full yet they sold our room to some one else furcing us out thigh we were not a problem

For a new hotel, it was pretty dirty. I found several hairs in my towels and on the bathroom counter. I was given one shampoo bottle in my room… no soap, no conditioner.. it was okay but pricey for what you got

Stopped here for one night it was easy and cheap but when we walked in the room the tv was smashed like someone punched it and the room was a little dirty

The host at the front desk upon leaving was rude and not friendly or polite. The coffee machine was not working. He told us to go away and get a hot drink somewhere else and said they didnt own the machine therefore he couldnt fix it. Bad customer service because of a jack --- front desk employee. wish i had his name.
