My experience was overall terrible and the check in process took forever! It required way more info than other hotels! I reserved a room with a king bed, then somehow ended up with a room with 2 queen beds and they couldn’t correct the issue. Plus their TV’s casting system didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it.

I did not do my research and did not realize this was like an extended stay hotel—where you bring all your own stuff. There are no “normal hotel” amenities here. Which is fine if know what you are booking and are on with it. The hotel was clean. Staff was mostly friendly. You have to check out needed things-iron, hair dryer-at the front desk. You have to take your dirty towels down to desk to get clean ones. Hotel is in a good location-close to eating shopping, and things to do.

I was there for a couple of days! The room was clean, the common areas were too. It’s clean for sure. My only issue was that the WiFi didn’t work, I couldn’t connect and I went to the front desk and I was told to go to the 4th floor to connect it, like why in the world would I do that smh. I shouldn’t have to! No housekeeping so I couldn’t get new sheets or towels the sign said BI WEEKELY CLEANING. Oh and be careful at night because people know there’s not security or any workers since they only work from 8 to 11pm. So there were People would leave rocks to let random people in the building. Random people smoking on the stairway and sitting outside by the common areas trying to charge or use the wife. This hotel is quite new for it to be this ghetto. That is all.
