Air conditioning worked on and off, garbage was not taken out since last people stayed there. Kept hearing our neighbors through the wall and staff would not take care of it. They did give us one day refund for that but smoke detector was covered with plastic and the ventilation fan switched looked like it had been melted to not work. We will be staying at another location next time we go to West Jordan.

The staff seemed annoyed when I arrived for my stay but quickly composed themselves to finish my check in. The room I stayed in seems clean until I got to the bathroom where the towels had an odd brown stain on them and a mirror that was not properly clean making it hard to see my reflection. The property was loud with other guest, I was hearing music, tvs, and talking through the ceiling and walls at all hours of the night. Other than that the room was a nice size with excellent amenities like a small kitchenette with a full size fridge and dishwasher. Unfortunately the lack of cleanliness was a turn off and I would probably not stay here again

Clean with Terrible Customer Service

The room was clean, which is a top priority. The customer service experience was sub-standard. The check-in kiosk was not working. There was a line of people and the wait was more than 30 minutes. There were other guests that were reporting that the room they were assigned had not been cleaned. The person at the desk spoke harshly about the cleaning staff and was visibly frustrated. As guests were checking in papers with personal information was in full view of everyone. The check-in was very chaotic.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well prepared for our arrival. Dishwasher did not work. Dishes and bathroom essentials was only equipped for two when there were three of us in the room.

So far i love my stay. Very clean and rooms are nice and clean. The gentle man that checked me in was very nice and professional. Told me to get some rest after my crazy travel. The only thing i was disappointed in was that there was no conditioner just shampoo. I was going to stop and get both but assumed they would be here. Otherwise great..

The lobby smelled like weed. There was hair all over the bathroom and the blankets were stained. The pillows also had a weird smell. Not worth the savings, save yourself the headache especially if you’re traveling w/ family.

Check in was a challenge with kiosk the would not work properly. Staff was finally helpful. Security seems extreme. Rooms are well equipped but very institutional not welcoming.
