This place was very easy to self check in. Very quaint and clean. Small and simple place. But each room has a full fridge and stove top and was very convenient to stock pile snacks and drinks and leftover food for the weekend get away.

Not enough toilet paper, you have to ask for it, not good. Last day there were crickets at the room kill 2 in the bedroom, they never have cups for the coffee, besides the that is a new hotel, by the way I like the power saving at the hotel, but my room the exhaust at the bath was running 24/7 kind of annoying.

the hotel is new so that was nice. the bed was low to the ground and noisy every time we moved it made noise. the frig was not cleaned but let front desk know. all in all it was a nice stay. checking in at the kiosk was a new experiense but fun

Poor Check In Experience

When we arrived front desk couldn't check us in because they had not received payment from Expedia. Front desk said they couldn't do anything about it (we had prepaid). It was late and after trying to get a hold of Hotels the front desk finally said they by-passed it and were able to check us in. I've been using Hotels for years and have never had this issue. Front desk didn't seem to eager to help resolve issue until my husband complained loudly. I won't stay here again.
