I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. First, there was a mistake with my reservation that ended up costing me an additional $90. Even worse, someone walked into my hotel room while I was asleep — which was terrifying and completely unacceptable. When I shared these issues with the manager (the one with the tattoo), her response was that she “can’t control what other people do.” I found this dismissive and highly unprofessional, especially given the seriousness of the situation.

It was clean except there was red hair on my bed. I was tired so I did not care but they should care more about the room cleaning before a new guest comes into the room.
