I had to argue with the front desk about getting extra towels for my room since I had my kids and wife. Customer Service is not their strong point. The guy who checked me in was okay. The shower was not put together well, the bath faucet almost came out of the wall.

The whole floor, towels, and bathroom were very dirty and had a lot of hair. I’m bald and there were hairs everywhere. The doors didn’t work with the cards and the sheets made me itch all night. It was very noisy the whole time.

Love this Hotel!!!

This hotel is awesome, quiet, clean, clean, clean! It really reminds me of hotels in Europe. The self-check in was easy and convienent.

Not the best.

The hotel seems newer but wasn’t very clean. Our fridge was dirty! The beds were uncomfortable and the walls are thin. We could hear people coming and going all night. It didn’t help that the person above us was stomping and moving furniture at 6am.

Great job

We had a great stay and time. All the staff was great especially Marty. However, the general manager was very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARING. I am not sure how he got the job. Marty was truly amazing, he always smiled and made sure had everything and then made sure to say HAVE A GREAT DAY!

I love this Hotel it’s not super overpriced and it’s a nice hotel without all the usual things that make staying in a hotel feel wrong… My wife and I stay here at least once a month and we are so glad we found it.

Utah trip

Property was in the heart everything. Very convenient location. The mattress was less than ideal and there was black hair all over the floors. Other than that, did what it needed to do.
