I stay at hotels often and have a fairly judgemental opinion of hotels. This was my first time at this brand and was pleasantly surprised in some areas and not excited about others.
Check in was easy and the lobby was clean and simple. The first surprise was the security. You had to have a key card to get into the hallway to get to the rooms or elevators. I liked that!
I had a king suite and it had a lot of floor space as well as places for clothes, which is very unusual for a hotel. Again a positive.
It has a kitchenette with a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, sink and a good sized bar area with 2 bar stools.
Cleanliness was an A+
The bathroom had an unusually deep tub and nice counter area with shelves below. Great space.
I stayed 3 nights and was very comfortable.
The oddities I didn't expect:
No silverware, pots, or even glasses to go with the kitchen. If you want anything more than 4 cheap plastic wrapped cups, bring your own. Strange for having a full kitchen!
No hair dryer, no iron or board. However you can get an iron at the front desk, but no board. Odd.
The walls are paper thin. People in the hallway sounded like they were in my room. A little freaky. Bring ear plugs for sleeping.
The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Scared me to death! It's super loud in the room and the lights flash. Lasted about 45 sec. Found out someone was smoking in their room and we all got notified.
Price was good, I'd stay there again.
