The Hotel and staff were fine, but the restaurant next door is no longer in business. We had to walk a few blocks with kids to find another burger diner to eat at.

Everything here was really nice and very clean! Breakfast was amazing! The only thing that i did not like is the on site parking. It’s a first come first serve type deal. There is only about 50 on site parkings and if you come back late to your hotel, you might no find parking on the site and will have to wait or park somewhere around the block. It sucks also because they don’t list that in their description. Other than that it was a 5 star.

We really liked this property, especially the proximity to the event we were attending. The room was great. Parking was an extra fee, but it was in a covered garage with a direct walkway onto the second floor of the hotel. I really liked the setup and thought it was well worth the fee. The property itself was very nice with one of the larger hot tubs I've seen at a hotel. The pool was indoor and a nice temperature. This will be my go to in downtown SLC going forward.

Great Economy Stay for Location
Pros: It's an overall nice hotel that will give you a place to sleep, shower, and get ready before you head out to wherever you need to go. They change the cover sheets around the comforters, so you don't have to worry about the cover carrying the skin cells and other leftovers from the last five guests (but if you're bothered by the comforters not being fresh, then I'd request a new one). They have nice Dove products for hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which are in secured bottles instead of single-use products. The brand name also means that your hair and skin is less likely to suffer from its use. It's in an excellent location that makes walking to any place in downtown SLC convenient. Cons: The check-in parking is a little hard to see if you don't know where you're looking, so watch out--it's a narrow pull-in on a busy main street, and you'll have to go around the block to try again if you miss it (speaking from experience). The shower ceiling area had some mold patches on it, which was kinda gross but not a deal-breaker. Concierge will give you a parking pass card to tuck at the front of your windshield so you won't get towed, but it's small enough that it can easily slip down between the glass and the dashboard (also speaking from experience, but we were fortunate to not get in trouble for it). Also, the concierge was manning everything all by himself! Even though it was less busy at night, I felt bad for him. Verdict: Will book again.
