The hotel was amazing. Very clean, probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I was annoyed with customer service. I asked for a late check out the night I checked in. The desk clerk told me I would just need to call in the morning at 9 am. I called at exactly 9 am and was told they had already given all the late checkouts away.
