Rude to Hotels.com customers

I am incredibly disappointed in this hotel. We asked for an early check in and they were very off to the fact we booked through hotels.com. When we went to ask for a late checkout they said no because we booked with a third party company, Hotels.com. The staff was not welcoming. I get upgrades from other hotels I’ve stayed at that I've booked through Hotels.com. This hotel was not accommodating to Hotels.com clients.

Great hotel, but I just about cooked myself.

The hotel in general was decent. My only complaint is that the hot tub was about 20 degrees too hot. It was basically unbearable. I just about cooked myself. The room was good and the breakfast was excellent.

Front desk & lobby area were great. Pool area could be updated. Our room had some sticky pinkish color on the walls in bathroom and we found hair and stains on both beds. Not the worst but not the greatest either. It worked for one night. Staff was great though.
