Close to airport and convenient airport shuttle. Early morning front desk person was very friendly whereas late afternoon check in person not so much. Bathtub appeared unclean with dark colored mold? Dirt? Around drain

No microwave oven in the room. No plug points near the headboard for overnight mobile phone charging. Breakfast area was very congested. We were not advised it’s a connected room and noise come other room was disturbing. No shower side tray for soap storage. Room was clean, new carpet and new wallpapers. Calm area.

I found a bed bug on our last day on my blanket I was wrapped up in. I have a picture plan to post. Anyway I took it to front desk and she was young wrote it down and told me she would speak to a manager about possible discount. Gave her the bug in cup and I came back to ask for trash bag to put our stuff in we had been there 3 days by now and was scared bugs were in our stuff. I am a healthcare professional I can tell what a bed bug is and can tell it’s been eating something and was grown adult. Not satisfied with you will get a call and possible discount. I do have a bite mark and now have to disinfectant clothing and luggage before I go home. I want answers and some kind of conclusion before I update this post

We have travel with our TV, but they came and swapped it out right away. They were very supportive and helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again for family is perfect for business. Great location didn’t have to pay for parking. That’s a plus.

The hotel was great. Conveniently located near the airport, but quiet! However, the staff needs better training. When we walked in the staff member behind the desk took a long time to acknowledge us and when she did she told us to wait while she finished something. It would have been better had she said that when we first walked in.
