So so
The room was good sized. It was mostly clean, but I did find hair that wasn't ours in the shower. No hot water in the shower one morning, but it was hot from the sink. The staff was good. Except every night we had to get our room cards re-keyed every night and they kept blaming us even though we were not storing it with other cards or phones.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. There was no coffee maker in the room. There was no breakfast pastry, juice or coffee in the lobby. Still, it was a great value.

A good spot at a good price
A decent hotel is a location close to many things in the Sugar House area. Nothing too fancy but a good spot at a good price. Our room was small but had been updated. All we needed we spent our time out doing things. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

I liked the river behind the hotel and the path. They were great to go walk. I also like that there is alot of shopping and food around the area to choose from.

This was a very stressful trip. I got to the property and the day of the reservation and the hotel told me I didn’t have a reservation. The guy was not helpful on me trying to renew my reservation . Since we booked through hotels.com I had to get online and book through them again he wouldn’t try to help me get it figured out. Three transactions later I was able to get the new reservation. We got to the room it was dirty the tub had hair in it from who knows when. Would not stay here again.

Wonderful staff but…
The staff working were really nice and welcoming! The down side overall for me would be my door had an opening crack above my door (as if the door was off balance) so I had leaves on the floor and some bugs wondering around the room. There were not amenities for the kitchen like stated, the tub was leaking (not loud just something to mention) and I think the power had gone out because the 2nd night I had no cable tv at all.
