I checked in late. The lady at the desk was not helpful at all. Had to walk all over the hotel to find the "right" hotel for floor #5. Next morning, the elevator didn't work and I had a 4:30 a.m. shuttle. I had to call the front desk on my cell phone to get help. I will NOT stay there again. One and Done.

Do not skip the warm cookies at check-in... they were delicious!!! I loved the room and facilities but wished that the front deck staff would've explained the faster way to get to our room before we walked and walked and walked to find it :(
