Changed room once as there were crying babies in the next room with a connecting door. The. Second rooms shower handle wouldn’t turn on, and since it was Sunday it didn’t get fixed during my stay. But the staff were really nice and friendly, and trying to help.

I felt like this property positioned itself as a “step-up” in accommodations and that is not at all what I found. There are cheaper options nearby that offer even better amenities. There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby - black would be something more than nothing. There is no free breakfast. The air conditioners in the rooms (I had to move from the first room because of this) are old and very noisy. While the lobby does look like the pictures shown, the rooms are all outdated and in need of massive upgrading.
