The room and hotel were both excellent, however, the hotel advertises a free shuttle from the airport. I attempted to contact the hotel the day before to inquire about the shuttle schedule and none of the phone numbers that were posted were direct numbers. We waited for an hour for the shuttle then finally took a cab which cost us $30 even though the hotel was only 2 miles away. The front desk attendant told us we had to reserve a pick up time for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport which was very frustrating since I was unable to find a direct phone number the previous day.

The staff was great. My room was missing a TV channel guide so I called the front desk and they brought one to my room right away. The one thing they don’t have is a restaurant or bar. So no room service. It wasn’t a big deal since I was by myself on business and only there for one night so I had food delivered. Not a deal breaker. I wanted a place close to the airport that was safe and clean. And this facility met my needs.

Finding the hotel and checking in was very easy. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We requested a first floor room and she was able to accommodate us. She gave us information on the area and suggestions about where to eat. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were more spacious than I thought. Very clean, which is very important to me. I would definitely stay here again.
