The unit is in a secluded 5-plex within the Markea Court Townhomes in downtown Salt Lake City. The unit is private with a separate entrance, assigned parking space, and access to on-site shared laundry facilities.

NEIGHBORHOOD
We're located downtown, right in the middle of the hubbub. Tucked in behind a new townhome development, stay downtown in a very safe spot!
To get around, you could realistically easily take public transit or rental electric bikes or scooters almost anywhere in SLC downtown district from this location, although most still do drive in SLC.
NOTES
Rental Agreement: We ask all of our guests to read over and sign a Rental Agreement before accessing the property. Look for the link in your confirmation email. IMPORTANT: Without a signed contract, your check-in details will not be sent. To avoid any delays, please sign the contract as soon as possible.
PARKING: There is only 1 parking space dedicated for your use; there is no additional parking beyond the one for each unit. Violators will be towed.
House Rules:
- No unregistered guests. No parties or events.
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is allowed anywhere on the property at any time
- No pets
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
- Remove shoes within the home
- Basic pickup is required before departure. Please do the dishes, take your garbage outside
- Check in and out on time. Alternate check-in/out times may be available for a fee
