Staff seemed inexperienced
Hotel was clean and quiet with a good downtown location. Check in was awkward, as the employee seemed inexperienced and there was no one else helping out. Also, I was double charged for my room (prepaid on Hotels.com and then the hotel itself also billed my credit card that was only supposed to be for incidentals). In addition, I also had an unauthorized bar charge added to my bill, even though we paid for our drinks with cash, again making me question the abilities or honesty or staff. The error was corrected after a phone call, but I was not given the chance to speak to a supervisor.
