Welcome to our Union Tri-plex - Enjoy being together as a group with complete privacy. Sleep 35 in three separate homes all next door to each other in one private park-side, centrally located hub of Salt Lake. Total of 9 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms (each home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms). Enjoy a private deck with hot tub at each home, as well as a full kitchen with bar seating, dining table, living room with fireplace, and a large open family room.

Perfect group accommodation for family reunions, convention groups, travel groups, ski groups, large families, Young Living and doTERRA groups, corporate housing, temporary relocation housing, traveling executives, displaced families, and people in-between homes. You'll love this private park-side location walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a city park with ball fields and pavilion. Enjoy world famous skiing at nearby Cottonwood Resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude). Convenient access to freeway to downtown SLC.

You'll love the private community and park in back with playground, play areas, and pavilion. Walking distance to endless restaurants and shops and on the ski bus line.
