TH01 Holiday House close to Port Aventura Salou

2 fully refurbished houses situated on the same plot , close to Port Aventura, beaches, golf and shops.

Each house consist of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with the access to the own internal patio, each one with barbecue.

There is a garage for two cars.

These two houses are rented as one and it is perfect solution for two families which travel together, but wanted to have its own private space.

There is a big communal swimming pool with green garden situated in the separate location front of the houses. Only few neighbors have an access to this area, which could be considered as semi private.

The houses are situated within walking distance to the beach of La Pineda and to the one of the beaches of Cap Salou.

Distance to Port Aventura is 5 min driving. The Golf, Aquatic Parks and Dolphinarium are situated within walking distance.

Ideal for 2 families
Great villa for 2 families holidaying together. 2 separate villas but on the same property. Everything supplied in the villas. Nice quiet area. We had requested and paid for a cot and high chair which were missing on arrival but was promptly supplied the next day. No issues with the villas and will probably book again next year
