This wonderful villa with private pool and spectacular views of the Costa Tropical, named Villa 'Luz', is located in the most prestigious urbanization of the Costa Tropical, specifically in Urbanization Monte de los Almendros, considered one of the 10 most exclusive urbanizations in Spain, located in Andalusia in the south of Spain and belongs to the municipality of Salobrena (Granada). Villa Da Luz is very well communicated, only 100 km from the airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria. The location and access to the Urbanization Monte de los Almendros is very easy, as it is close to the N-340 road that connects Malaga with Almeria and only 2.5 km from Salobrena and 10.5 km from Almuñecar, the tourist town par excellence of the Costa Tropical (Granada).This beautiful villa has been refurbished with high quality materials and finishes.
