The villa, called "la torrecica", is an OFFER that is located in the prestigious Monte de los Almendros urbanization, just three minutes by car from the charming white village of Salobreña, crowned by its castle and its beaches and coves. Urbanization Monte de los Almendros offers a large recreation area with swimming pools, tennis court, play area for "kids" and also a beach bar.
"The Torrecica" is easily accessible. The villa offers an entrance hall; bright living room with air conditioning and access to the terrace with great views of the sea and Sierra Nevada; fully equipped kitchen (lavavajilas, oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster ...); three bedrooms (two with sea views) and two bathrooms.
Outside "the Torrecica" can enjoy a garden, orchard of lemon, fig, orange, banana, mango, plum, níspolo, etc. Barbecue, terraces and also has private and closed garage. Wi-Fi is available.

A fantastic stay in a lovely place
Our stay exceeded our expectations. The house was well-equipped and had fantastic views of the hills, the castle and the bay, plus distant views of the snow-capped Alpujarra, including Mulhacen. Patricia was a very well-organised host, friendly and very easy to communicate with. Recommended.

Excellent stay in a slice of heaven
We have just returned from an amazing week at this wonderful villa. All communication before hand was very prompt and helpful - we were met by Patricia who was so warm and friendly - my daughter is autistic and I asked for some accommodations before we arrived as she struggles with change and they went above and beyond to help us. The house was clean and spacious - air conditioning was welcome in the august heat. The pool was beautiful and we used each seating area through out the day and evening. The communal pool and cafe / bar was a little gem after a hilly walk from the house. We found a beautiful cove in Salobrena where we loved to swim. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Almost perfect
A very well appointed property in a lovely scenic area of Salobreña. Communication with the property manager Patricia and her willing assistant, father Ricardo before our stay and during our stay was first class. We were met a designated arrival time and given a tour of the property by Ricardo. Note that electricity is chargeable at this and other properties in the area. Our electricity bill at the end of a ten day stay was only 25 Euros and this included the sometimes required air conditioning. Most of the time natural throughput of air through open windows sufficed to keep indoor temperature bearable. Well designed kitchen with plenty of utensils. Large fridge freezer, microwave and electric hob/oven. Kitchen being on the cooler side of the villa was a plus. Views fromm terrace of Salobreña bay and castle morning noon and night were a delight. Only a five minute drive to Salobreña's beach with a good selection of reasonably priced restaurants. 3 small supermarkets in Salobreña and 15 minutes away on way into Motril a choice of high class supermarkets with vast choice of fresh fish. One small downside to the property is the hot water is triggered by a system reliant on gas cylinders, intrinsically safe but a disappointing find in this century. Modernisation is a requirement. Trying to balance a hot water flow in showers was difficult. Solar panels in the land of sun would resolve the issue. All in all highly recommended with the caveat above.

Beautiful location in Los Almendros in Salobrena. House sleeps 6 easily, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with all apparel you need. Almost everything is newly decorated including superb beds. The terrace invites you for breakfast, a quick read or an evening wine. And enjoy herbs like mint to give a taste to tea or cold water. Or use the lemons. Safe area. Nice neighbors. Bath towels provided. You need a car since it is on the hill and some 3 kilometers from the relatively quiet beach. Eating out? Try Arais, El Penon, chirinquitos at the beach. And are you in need? Call yoga teacher Patricia for help or follow her lessons twice a week 🤗

House with fantastic wiev to the sea.
We spend our vacation in this house in Salobrena in juli 2017. It is a very nice house with all what you need to spend a good and relaxed vacation. Nice and new kitchen, 2 nice bath-rooms with dusch. 3 rooms with comfortable beds and air-condition. From the terraze you have a fantastic wiev to the sea and in the evenings you can enjoy the lights from Salobrena. For your car there is a garage or an outside safe place to park. The owners of the house are very kind and helpfull people that are living close to the house so it is always easy get in touch with them. There are many nice places to visit. We visited e.g. El Caminito del Rey witch was a fantastic experience. The tour was arranged by 123tours in Almunecar. 123tours can make nice tours for you if you want to go in speciel places. We are giving this house and owners our best recommendations. Thank you for a nice stay.

Fantastisk sted og område og virkeligt et dejligt feriehus!
It was the second time we had a holiday in Salobrena so we knew it was a really nice place with the possibility of all kinds of wonderful experiences from swimming to hiking and everything in between. The old town is a unique experience in itself. "La Torrecica" was absolutely instrumental in making the holiday absolutely perfect. Nicely furnished with the most beautiful terraces and an equally beautiful garden. Moreover, everything inside the house and on the terraces was completely and totally clean, neat and really welcoming! And then we were helped exceptionally well on our way by Patricia who looks after the house. Both before and during the holiday there were quick answers to all our many questions/emails - she has been incredibly helpful with various wishes we had - there has been an exceptionally high level of service! We can't possibly find anything that was wrong in this agreement about renting the house - and we are already dreaming of coming back to Salobrena and not least "La Torricica". Très belle location de vacances
La villa est superbe avec son jardin d’agrumes et de fruits exotiques. Le jardinier nous a même indiquer quels fruits pouvaient être cueillis et mangés (mangues, figues). Elle est très agréable à vivre, et il ne manque rien pour passer de très bonnes vacances. La piscine individuelle était un vrai luxe pour se détendre le matin au réveil. Nous avons passés quelques journées très sympathiques au bord de la piscine commune. Le bar sert des boissons vraiment rafraîchissante et les tapas sont excellentes ainsi que la paella du dimanche. La maison est dotée d’une superbe vue sur la mer et la sierra. Un régal pour les yeux et un dépaysement total. Muchas gracias por Patricia qui a été notre interlocutrice depuis notre réservation jusqu’à notre arrivée et tout le long du séjour. Elle nous a accueillis chaleureusement. Nous recommandons ce petit bijou pour ceux qui souhaitent du calme à proximité de la mer.

Beautiful house with a fantastic view of the Mediterenian
We stayed one week at La Torrecicca and enjoyed it very much. Reception and assistance was very friendly and warm. The house was in a quiet spot on the hill, modern and well equipped. The beautiful terrace gave a fantastic 180 degrees view of Salobrena and the sea. Clean pool, beautiful botanic garden and a seperate spot to lounge added to our feeling of luxury. We will certainly return to this spot in the future.

Schönes Haus, tolle Aussicht, toller Kontakt, mit kleinen Mängeln
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zu Carmen und Patricia, die für die Betreuung vor Ort zuständig war, war ausnahmslos hervorragend. Das Haus ist groß genug für 6 Personen - wir waren mit 2 Familien im Juli/August 2022 zu Gast (4 Erwachsene, 2 Vierjährige). Das Haus ist komplett umzäunt und der Pool hochgebaut, so dass wir die Kids entspannt spielen lassen konnten. Am Haus selbst gab es leider keine wirklichen Spielgelegenheiten, auch keinen Rasen oder Sandkasten o.ä. In der naheliegenden Anlage der Urbanisation (fußläufig theoretisch erreichbar, aber da es steil bergauf geht, im Sommer doch besser mit dem Pkw) befinden sich ein großer Pool, ein Babybecken, ein kleiner Spielplatz, und je ein Tennis-- und ein kleines Fußballfeld. Auch einen Basketballkorb und eine Tischtennisplatte sind aufgebaut. Spielgeräte hätte man allerdings selbst mitbringen müssen. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, der Strand ebenfalls. Leider sind die Strände reine Stein/Kiesstrände, an denen ebenfalls keine Sandburg gebaut werden konnte. Wir waren daher selten am Strand und mehr an einem der Pools, die allesamt wirklich toll waren. An dem Gemeinschaftspool gibt es eine kleine Strandbude, die zT sehr leckeres Essen zaubert und natürlich auch kalte Getränke und - ganz wichtig - Eis verkauft! Was immer wieder negativ auffiel, war dass sowohl in der Anlage als auch in anderen Restaurants in Salobreña Touristen und Einheimische pauschal unterschiedlich behandelt werden: gratis Tapas zu Getränken gibt es bspw. nicht für Touristen. Man war immer freundlich zu uns, aber so eine Art der Ungleichbehandlung hat nicht gerade für ein gutes Gefühl des Willkommenseins bei uns gesorgt. Aber zurück zum Haus: Neben den Obstbäumen (Erntezeit meist im Winter!), gab es eine Art Außenküche mit Wasserhahn, Kohlegrill und Gasgrillplatte. Im Inneren war leider vieles nicht mehr gerade neu: Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, dafür gab es aber eine kleine für die Kochplatte. Messer waren sämtlich stumpf, einer von 4 Balkonstühlen defekt, der Sonnenschirm zu einem Viertel ebenfalls. Die Betten waren auch nicht mehr gerade gemütlich. Ansonsten war das Haus abe in einem guten Zustand und hat uns durch schöne Bäder, eine schattige Terrasse, einen großen Balkon, Klimaanlagen in allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen und die fabelhafte Aussicht überzeugt. Wir möchten uns vor allem bei Patricia für die sympathische, zeitnahe und hilfreiche Betreuung bedanken!

Great house with a spectacular view!
My girlfriend and I had a great stay at Carmens house. The house was clean and well equipped with all that we needed for our 2 week stay. The house is located in the hills with a spectacular view from the main terrace. It’s recommended to have access to a car. Then it’s only 10-15 minutes to beach, restaurants, shopping etc. We were attended by the very sweet neighbours Ricardo and Gertrudis who were easy to get in touch with and very helpful during our stay. The only drawback was that the cleaning system of the pool was out of order during the entire stay. This meant we weren’t able to use the pool at all, which was a big minus since the private pool was one of the main reasons for choosing this house for our vacation. Our neighbors ordered a pool technician but they never showed up which was strange. We we're though able to use their pool for a couple of days which was nice. Otherwise we were compensated by not having to pay for electricity. All in all our stay was great.

La maison correspond en tous points à l'annonce. La climatisation utilisée avec modération permet un séjour agréable. La petite piscine est bien venue pour se rafraichir et se détendre. Le secteur est calme et sûr. Patricia, qui assure les contacts est d'une impressionnante disponibilité et d'une grande gentillesse.

Maison agréable et emplacement idéal dans la province de Grenade
Très bon accueil de Patricia ! Merci, nous garderons un bon souvenir et pourrions même revenir car il y a des endroits que nous n’avons pas eu le temps de visiter dans la région. La maison dispose de tout le confort. Nous sommes une famille de 5 avec 3 enfants de 6 à 10 ans, la maison était idéale pour nous, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’espace commun piscines (très bien entretenues et spacieuse) + bar qui a permis notamment aux enfants de faire de belles rencontres. Nous avons profité de la grande terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pris l’essentiel de nos repas, avec une vue splendide sur Salobreña, la mer... Nous avons également apprécié le jardin et ses citrons, le parfum de chèvrefeuille... Seul petit bémol, un lit king size aurait été appréciable dans la chambre des parents pour un couple de grands (1.90 et 1.70...). Mais c’est un détail. Nous avons passé un super séjour et recommandons sans hésiter !

Fantastic stay in villa Torrecica Salobrena
Last June we (my wife, my two sons of 1 and 3 years and myself) spent two weeks in villa Torrecica. When we arrived on Sunday, we found out that all supermarkets were closed. We were immediately invited by frriendly and helpful landlord Patricia to come and eat paella with her and her family. Patricia regularly contacted us if everything was okay, if we needed things, what we could do. That was fantastic. The house is very nice to stay in. All bedrooms can be reached from the same floor. From the living room there's access to the terrace, covered by a sunscreen. The view from the house is phenomenal. It overlooks the bay of Salobrena, you can see the sea, but also the mountains of the Sierra Nevada in the distance. From the house you have a direct view on an beautiful abandoned misterious house built in old Andalusian style. The house is equipped with all comforts. Air conditioning everywhere, screens are installed for all windows, which keeps flies and mosquitoes out. The bedrooms have nice beds (firm, but not hard) and plenty of cupboard space to store your clothes. The living room is cozy and practical. The balcony is equipped with luxurious seating. The kitchen is also very nice with a large fridge, plenty of cupboard space and a dishwasher. From the house you walk into the garden. The swimming pool purified by an installation. The pool is not suitable children that cannot swim by themselves. The water was nice and warm because of the sun. There's is a patio with a lovely sun terrace with lawn, with sunbeds, a large parasol, a nice garden table and chairs and a beautiful outdoor kitchen with barbeque. It is a pleasure to relax outside, to eat or to see the children playing in the large garden. The garden is completely fenced, so you can lose sight of them without having to worry about walking up the road. It is a quiet neighborhood and the garden offers a lot of privacy. Here the beaches consist of very small stones. With water shoes this is very easy to do. The community has a communal swimming pool. This is beautifully laid out. A very large pool and a baby bath (for children from about 1 to 6 years). There is also a tennis court by the pool and a tapas bar where you can order beer, wine, soft drinks, ice cream and tapas. You can spend a day here very well! The house is highly recommended, for people with children, but also for an adult group. We want to thank landlord Patricia for her sweet and warm personality & her great service.
