Bed sheets were dirty and there was lots of hair on the pillows. Visible stains on all linens and when we pulled back the bed sheets an empty bottle of whiskey fell out of the sheets. I do not recommend. We left and got a refund. Terrible experience.

Don’t stay here even if it’s free. The clerk was rude and would not help us with the tv which didn’t work. The room was dirty (the tv was covered with who-knows-what), bags of trash?laundry? in the hall. We decided to leave after about 20 minutes and asked for our money back. We’d booked and paid on Expedia and were told to bring it up with them. We will tell all our travelling friends about our experience.

It’s clean enough, just a bit funky-smelling. There was no one at the desk when I arrived, and the man waiting in the lobby said i was the man before me had had to wait a half hour for service. There was a phone on the counter, but the instructions were not put out until the guy came back 10 minutes later. He was not friendly at all, but got the job done. And there were no towels in the room, so I had to go back to the empty desk to get some. No biggie, just inconvenient. Girl at checkout was much more pleasant

The room was old and run down, the "breakfast" was a loaf of bread and a pot of coffee, seriously. receptionist was extremely unhelpful. His body odor was strong, pungent, and could be smelled throughout the reception area. The bathroom was gross. faucets sprayed water everywhere. Does no one check the rooms??? No housekeeping service. Would not recommend to anyone at any price. stay away.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, 19 October 2024, on Saturday ,we were left waiting outside in the rain for 15 minutes because no one opened the door. When we finally got inside, I was given a key card for room 223, only to find out that there was already someone staying in that room – it was a huge shock! I returned to the reception, where the night staff gave me another key card for room 202. I had booked a room with a king bed, but was instead given one with two queen beds. When I raised my concerns, the staff member was dismissive and didn’t seem to care at all. To make matters worse, the room was not clean, yet I was still charged $125 for the night. The overall service was incredibly unprofessional, and I left feeling frustrated and upset with how everything was handled. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Front desk staff is near nin-exustant and barely spoke to us. Room reeked of Lysol so heavy, i had to buy an air freshner and spray it. No remote for the tv (found it under the night stand when i moved it to plug in my phone). TV only got free straming, AFTER i plugged the the hdmi cable left unplugged at both ends and reset the Arris box twice. Toilet ran until I fixed that. Bathroom sink very slow to drain. One each of 3 towel sizes and no facecloths for a room that sleeps 2. Breakfast was just toast or yogurt. We wont be back, ever.
