For the price you're paying, this hotel falls short in terms of service quality. They only offer room service occasionally, unlike other similarly priced hotels that provide it daily. The hotel restaurant was quite disappointing. When I arrived, the staff didn't acknowledge me or make any effort to assist. The food was bad, and the service was lacking. Additionally, some of the front desk staff were unfriendly. I wouldn't advise staying at this hotel if you're planning to spend that kind of money.

Our stay was great. The hotel overall was very clean and quiet and every staff member we encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the fold out couch, as it was pretty dirty.
